No return on SALE items. No returns on purses, bags wallets, luggage or cosmetics bags. We do our best to provide accurate pictures of all items. If you have any questions about sizes we will be happy to answer. Returns- all merchandise must be returned within 10 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. please use a delivery confirmation receipt when returning an item(s) so you have proof of shipping. It is your responsibility to have items returned back to us in NEW condition. As soon as inspection is completed and verification of time frame, we will issue a refund. We do not do exchanges, if you need a different size, please place another order! Refund is made to the original form of payment. Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise is not received in Brand new, unused or unworn condition.
